Policy :

Rates valid from April, 1st to November, 30th . The rates do not include the licence price nor the insurance.

A deposit of 99 € per trainee will guarantee your booking. All payments to be made before the beginning of the lessons. At the end of the courses, if the number of scheduled sessions could not be validated, we make an adjustment. If you made an early payment to qualify for the special Internet discount, we do not offer refunds but a postponement or a credit to the shop. Additional sessions beyond scheduled dates are subject to planning availability.


If you cancel :

No refund will be issued for cancellations within 10 days of session beginning: your deposit is returned to you / your reservation by Paypal is refunded.
After this deadline : non-refundable. Your reservation deposit is cashed.
No refund will be granted by the school if the student can not follow the course for medical or personal reasons.

If we cancel before the course begins: Your reservation check is returned you / your reservation by Paypal is refunded.

WEATHER: Teaching kiteboarding requires favorable wind conditions between 3 and 7 on the Beaufort scale. In case of light conditions, the school offers alternative activities that complement the teaching of kite: kite simulator session by boat or kite-mountain board session.

IMPORTANT: Any session of more than two hours will be considered as completed, regardless of changing weather conditions.

The latest kiteboarding equipment is under the responsibility of the pupil. In case of damage, breakage or loss of the equipment, the pupil is liable to be charged if he did not respect the instructor orders.

We can't be hold responsible for weather conditions and instructors are sole judges and authorities to conduct or not their lessons for the safety of the customers.
